We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee asset management, landlord compliance and safety across our housing portfolio. You’ll drive long?term investment, maintenance and improvement of our homes, shaping the delivery of our HRA Asset Management Strategy.
In this strategic role, you’ll use condition data and sector insight to plan and manage major programmes of work, ensuring our homes are safe, compliant and sustainable. You’ll lead a high?performing multi?disciplinary team, champion strong performance and wellbeing, and maintain robust compliance systems.
You’ll manage multi?million?pound contracts, set annual capital and revenue budgets, and provide expert advice on asset performance, redevelopment opportunities and risk. Your leadership will ensure full compliance across gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos and all statutory areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the asset management and landlord compliance team
- Develop data?driven, financially sound investment plans
- Oversee stock condition surveys and plan future works
- Ensure Decent Homes and full health & safety compliance
- Manage major contracts, procurement and contractor performance
- Provide expert guidance on construction, maintenance and asset lifecycle
- Align budgets with the 30?Year HRA Business Plan
