White Horse Employment is partnering exclusively with a local Estate Agency chain, supporting their search for a Property Manager. This is an exciting and varied role, working within a well-established office with a strong foothold on the local market.
As Property Manager, you will be working in a team of two, and then alongside the wider lettings team. The role is very fast-paced and a normal day will involve:
- Managing inventory
- Conducting property inspections
- Overseeing move-outs
- Compliance
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Dealing with any maintenance issues
To be the right candidate for this role, you do not necessarily need to have Property Management experience. However, you must have strong administration and customer service experience. Additionally, you must be able to work well in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to any issues you may face throughout your working day.
