White Horse Employment are looking for an keen and enthusiastic customer service advisers to join our well established Client in Trowbridge on a fixed term contract. You will be supporting the Sales & Office Manager as well as the sales order customer service team.
By utilising your experience, you will be strive to achieve excellent, timely and accurate support in an organised and professional manner.
Duties:
- Supporting customers predominantly over the phone
- Process sales orders in a timely manner
- Receiving customer enquiries over the phone
- Arranging the movement of stock
Qualifications/Experience:
- Telephone customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and communication skills
The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated as there will be an elements of working independently to deadlines.
