We are working with a global client who are in the process of rolling out Zendesk across the business. The requirement has arisen for someone with experience with APIs, website structured coding and excellent Excel skills.
Understanding of Service Management toolsets such as Zendesk (including ZIS), products such as Jira and IT Service Management principles / frameworks would be beneficial.
