White Horse Employment are delighted to be working exclusively with local service provider in Swindon. This client has been operating for over 50 years within the areas building up a large and reputable client base.
They are currently recruiting for an Business Development Manager to join their Swindon based team on a permanent basis and work alongside both the UK sales teams, aiding the business in generating new business opportunities. This is an exciting and varied role with a split of both new business development and managing existing accounts.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full 360 sale cycle through from start to close.
- Developing a list of contacts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Meeting daily targets through a combination of phone calls and emails.
- Holding virtual meetings with prospect and current accounts.
- Develop revenues through sales calls & emails to establish strong relationships.
- Renewing existing account contracts and selling ad ons.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of outbound customer engagement.
- Great objection handling, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in prospecting, lead generation and securing new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
