Providing the primary contact and systems administrator for queries.
Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate.
- High level of attention to detail and high level of accuracy with good data entry skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work unsupervised.
- Previous experience working independently and able to use initiative to problem solve.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience
- Experience in HR administration and an understanding of HR process and HR systems.
